
After my workouts a lot of times I will crave salty & sweet snacks mixed together, so I mixed my can of green beans with 20 or so m&ms! It sounds gross, but it was really good! I also threw in some dry roasted edemame and topped it with pepper. YUM!
I am starting a blog logging everything I eat and my exercise routine. No need to deprive yourself, enjoy life and enjoy food in a healthy way! This blog in no way condones unhealthy ways to lose weight, just an "unlicensed" nutritionist trying to show how healthy lifestlyes can make you feel better inside and out :)
