I just had a snack to eat instead of my usual lunch at 12 pm. I am not totally hungry but I think that is because I ate that yogurt at 9:30 and I usually eat breakfast at 7:30 am. That's ok though, I can eat lunch later when there aren't too many people out :) This is a snack I made up, since I don't like peanuts too much, take dry roasted edamame (lots of protein, no fat) and raisins and m&ms and wa-la! a delish snack!
