
Hi guys, so last night went a little according to plan....I got to the gym at 5:15 and worked out until 6:30 (I did sprints and walking for 60 minutes which burned about 500 calories) and did some more weight for my legs (pushbacks and leg press and also did assisted lat pullups 50 times) since this was my second workout and I was getting hungry I went home at 6:30 and had a bowl of cereal with fruit (curves and some mini wheats on top) and a slice of bread. I didn't eat as much protein as I should have, but I guess I did have a half cup of milk, that counts a bit :)
