Okay well the weekend is HERE! I hope you all have great plans!!!! I started my Friday morning off right with a Starbucks Latte (tall non fat) and then for breakfast after my pilates class (10 minutes of cardio 50 minutes of stretching on pilates machine--hard stuff, I was sweating) I had a half cup of kashi go lean and non fat yogurt (80 calories 0 grams fat 12 grams carbs and 8 grams protein). I have had two diet cokes today, bad I know!!! oh well, it is Friday...I am allowed :) So for lunch, I was in the mood for something salty....I had asian corn, about 20 croutons!! and cucumber. That should keep me full for a while, I hope! I ate that while I was getting my nails done, multi tasking at its finest! :) Have a great day y'all!
