Hi everyone! So I woke up a little later than usual today, but still got to work on time....go figure! I started off with greek yogurt(130 calories) sprinkled with lean cereal (weird I know 40 calories) and then picked up a non fat small latte (100 calories) and omega 3.6.9 vitamins (25 calories) that should tie me over til lunch. I am going to work out at lunch time for one hour, 45 min cardio 150 situps and bi/triceps). In total: 300 calories.
