
Hi everyone, It has been a relaxing day and I am ready to start the week off right, I started the day off with half a protein shake (75 calories) and a serving of grapes. Then it was off to Starbucks I had a small latte with an extra shot (100 calories) and the gym, I had a decent workout with 25 minutes of cardio and 15 min of weights, then I went to pick up Gelson's ( I had a serving size of fage 0% at 120 cal and celery mixed with corn and raisins and a couple pieces of the tofu squares and edemame from the salad bar. For a snack today I had the baked cheetos healthy kind (130 calories for 30 puffs, I probably had 45 to be honest so that is 200 calories :). We went for a walk for 45 minutes at around 4.2 mph and I had another small non fat latte on the walk. It is 7 pm and I am not that hungry....we will see how I feel at 9 pm. I hope everyone had a relaxing Sunday! Okay so I decided for dinner to have another serving of fage 0% yogurt with three crackers (120 + 100) and a piece of left over turkey sandwich (150 calories) we ate dinner at 9 pm and watched True Blood and Entourage, what a great way to end the weekend! :) Total food 1,200 calories I always seem to eat more on the weekend! But that is okay :)
