Good afternoon everyone! I just had a wonderful lunch, there is this cafe in Laguna called cafe vienna and they have the best caesar salads! I had about 16 wheat thins and triscuits when I was laying out af the beach, and then we went to get lunch, my salad was romaine lettuce, sprinkled parmesan cheese tomatoes and croutons, and then I added a piece of wheat french bread as addtl croutons (the ratio of croutons:lettuce was a little off, so the bread helped :) ). I couldn't eat all the salad so I will save the rest for later, the coffee is actually two espresso shots over ice, didn't finish that off either! Have a great day and enjoy the sunshine!
