I just had a physical fitness test and I didn't do as well as I thought....oh well..... i guess it is good to start low and then work your way up? :) anyway, I am back at work, and I was HUNGRY so I had a half protein shake (70 cal and 0 g carb 0 g fat and 15 gram protein!) and a sugar free jello snack (10 calories). I also had a half of a balance bar (90 calories)
