
Hi guys! I just got back last night from vacation, sorry I couldn't post any of my food! I didn't even have cell phone service to take the pics with....but I am back and at 'em, ready to start logging food and exercise again. I did gain three pounds ( I am now 108 pounds), but I am totally okay with that considering it was vacation and I am sure once I get back to my normal routine I will drop back to 105 again. We did hike a fair amount, but also ate a lot of "snacky processed foods" which was all that was available. I started off fairly healthy, lots of fruits and vegetables, but also caved in to pop tarts and sun chips too... anyway it is good to be back in a routine, and I missed blogging! So glad to be back!
Today I had a non fat latte (130 calories) on my way to the gym at 6:45 am.... I went on the stairmaster for 7 minutes and then hopped on the treadmill and did 4.0 mph at a 11.0 incline for 20 minutes. After that I did about 15 minutes of arms and back with light weight. I am going to go to the gym again tonight after work so I really took it easy this morning. At 9:00 am I had a protein shake (160 calories 21 g carbs 1 gfat and 13 g protein).
