
Hi all, i wasn't too hungry this afternoon but figured I should eat before it gets too late. I had 20 raisins (not pictured) and a regular red mango frozen yogurt.
I am starting a blog logging everything I eat and my exercise routine. No need to deprive yourself, enjoy life and enjoy food in a healthy way! This blog in no way condones unhealthy ways to lose weight, just an "unlicensed" nutritionist trying to show how healthy lifestlyes can make you feel better inside and out :)
