Happy Friday everyone!
Today was a little hard to wake up, got up at 5:50 and hopped in the shower, I got ready for pilates and picked up a latte small non fat on the way to work. My workout was 25 minutes cardio and about 45 minutes of pilates so I figure that is like 350 calories burned! After my workout I had a two servings of 0% fage yogurt and an asian pear at like11 am .
