Almost time for lunch...


Hi all, I thought it was noon time but it was only 11:15! So I decided to have the rest of my fage yogurt 0% with some go lean sprinkled on top! This is about 120+45 calories about 165. I love this as a snack, it is low calories high in protein and no fat, but it is very filling. A good substitute to help the waistline. I am going to workout in one hour so I wanted something to tie me over until I actually eat lunch at 2:30 or so. I brought green beans with me and I have my protein shake.
