Breakfast-Starbucks Asian pear and greek yogurt




Hi guys! Happy Rosh Hashanah! I started off the day with a medium non fat latte at 8:30 and then had an asian pear at 9 am and a greek yogurt with sprinkled smart start on top=140+130=270 that will hold me over until my lunch :) Have a great day everyone!
Okay so then for lunch before the gym, I had another starbucks latte! I then went to Gelsons and went to the salad bar and had celery, edemame, some corn sprinkled and croutons
Then I was still hungry so I had a slice of whole wheat bread and a 100 calorie snack=200 calories.
At 6 pm, I had a bowl of greek yogurt (2) with a banana
then at 8 pm I had a bowl of soup with 8 saltine crackers on top.
at 10 pm I had some chocolate chips and a glass of soy lite milk chocolate. Goodnight! Sorry there are no pics, I didn't go into work so it was harder to blog.... :)

Hi guys, I have to go to my dr checkup today to make sure my nose looks okay..... I decided to have 1/2 cup go lean mixed with greek yogurt. (70+60)

Monday morning Early




Hi guys, sorry I did not post this weekend, I actually had a lot of family gatherings and then yesterday I got sick with an eye infection and sore throat.


If you request, I will post everything I eat, but I think moving forward I will just not post the weekends.


So, I woke up at 6:00am and went to starbucks at 6:30 and go the usual small non fat latte. I went to the gym and did 40 minutes of elliptical and then did one hour of weights with my personal trainer.


Then I had two greek yogurts (60 calories each) and a 1/2 cup Kashi go lean at around 10 am.
It is a nice blustery day and it is starting to feel like FALL! Yeah, my favorite time of the year!

Lunch time!


So I have to leave early today for my hair appt at 3 pm, that means lunch is at the desk! I had go lean cereal half a cup with M&ms and raisins on top! 100 or so calories.

Today was a little hard to wake up, got up at 5:50 and hopped in the shower, I got ready for pilates and picked up a latte small non fat on the way to work. My workout was 25 minutes cardio and about 45 minutes of pilates so I figure that is like 350 calories burned! After my workout I had a two servings of 0% fage yogurt and an asian pear at like11 am .

Running on treadmill at break-LUNCH and SNACK








So I had all this energy I decided to go to the gym at lunch and run 4.15 miles (40 min), it felt amazing!!! I got back at 2 pm and had a small red mango frozen yogurt with blueberries and rasberries on top and a half cup of go lean with m&ms (10) sprinkled on top I ate the m&ms before I took the pic! It was good!
Okay so at 5 pm I was starving so at 5:30 on my way to the gym I had a starbucks new protein package one mini mulitgrain bagel+2 slices small cheese+two apple slices+5 grapes+ egg white=200 calories. I did only 15 minutes at the gym, I did some shopping and it took up too much time! Oops!
Then before my piano lesson : I had a lean pocket(290)+ three bean salad(150)+100 calories snack + glass of non fat milk (1/2 glass)=550-600 calories. But it was great because I ate all this before 7 pm and didn't eat again. I feel kind of bad for all the processed food, but tomorrow I will work at being better at eating more wholesome foods! THanks!

Slept in today til 8:15 BREAKFAST AND MID MORNING SNACK






Good morning everyone! I slept in today which was really nice....I woke up so early yesterday so it was nice to get some extra shut eye, beauty sleep! I rolled out of bed at 8:15 and went downstairs for a fruit bowl (50) and a string cheese(80), I also had two bites of french bread crust. (50)On the way to work at 8:45 I had a small latte (100)...... then at 11 am I had a half of a balance bar.(110)

5:00 pm and then movie night





Hi all!




So I went to Starbucks again and had a small latte non fat (100 calories)I drank it fast, and went to the gym again for the second time in one day! I did 12 minutes elliptical+10 minutes stairmaster+ 10 minutes walking 11.0 incline at 4 mph and did 200 situps and some leg presses! I did this in one hour exactly rushed home and got ready to go see a movie and had dinner at the Yardhouse. I had a dinner salad with grilled chicken on top and a glass of white wine and then went to see My Best Friend's Girl with my friend, Ryan. It was fun! and I got home at 10:30 and then went straight to bed.

Lunch time!



Hi all,


So I went for a 20 minute walk and picked up a Red Mango frozen yogurt 90+50 on the way (small) and I also got some croutons to sprinkle on top. When I got back to work I had a nature valley fruit and nut bar, 140 calories. That should be good, I am not as hungry today??? Go figure, after work I am going to go walking for one hour and lift some weights, Then I have a movie to go see so I should be home at 7 pm if I want to watch the movie, The best friend's girl? It sounds really funny!

Okay my stomach wasn't going to last til lunch time. so I went downstairs and found some testers to eat ( i did buy hard boiled eggs however when I took a bite into them, they tasted baaaad so I spit them out and threw them away...at least I had the testers to try (bran muffin tester (2) and egg wrap tester)

Early morning start




Hi all! I had some more fruit this morning at 5 am and then had a non fat latte medium (130 cal) on my way to the gym did 35 min cardio and weights with my new personal trainer who is the bomb! When I got to work at 9 am I had a half serving of go lean . My trainer said no more bread!!! Ahhh! that is going to be hard! I can do it though!! Have a great day everyone!

Dinner last night....




So I ended up working out at two gyms, it got so crowded at the first gym, I did some light weights for my arms and pullups and then did 20 min cardio and left that gym and did 30 min more cardio.




I got home at 8:00 and had a lot of french bread! oops just the crust but I also had a fruit bowl with lean cuisine noodles on top. I went to bed at 9 pm, so that was good i couldn't eat anymore even though I wanted to!

Physical fitness test


Hi all,


I just had a physical fitness test and I didn't do as well as I thought....oh well..... i guess it is good to start low and then work your way up? :) anyway, I am back at work, and I was HUNGRY so I had a half protein shake (70 cal and 0 g carb 0 g fat and 15 gram protein!) and a sugar free jello snack (10 calories). I also had a half of a balance bar (90 calories)

Beautiful day and good looking lunch...


I had a personal fit test to go to at 2:30 so I am eating lunch at my desk even though it is beautiful outside. Best thing about my lunch? It is free! At organic to go, they have a salad bar with frequent stamp card, and today was the day I got lunch for free. I stocked up on spinach leaves, egg white, cucumbers, beets, and whole wheat croutons and then put lemons and balsalmic vinegar on too. I had a diet coke with it. I think this should hold me over for a while, I hope!

Dinner at Nick's in Laguna







Hi guys! Okay so I was at the dentist last night from 6-8pm, after that I was super hungry so we went to Nick's in Laguna, it was so nice! The service was great.... I had a sauvignon blanc and a beet salad and a small dinner roll on the side. When we got home I was still hungry so I had another glass of wine and 1/2 cup of corn flakes and 1/2 cup of soy milk and 16 saltine crackers!!! I get really hungry when I drink wine so I think I will take it easy for the next four days.

I am craving the M&ms today...

Good afternoon all! It is almost 4 pm almost time to go home! I had a half serving of go lean and 20 m&ms to go a long with it :) This should hold me over til dinner~ Thanks and have a wonderful night, I am off to the dentist at 6 pm...... wish me luck!

Weird snack... I know....


After my workouts a lot of times I will crave salty & sweet snacks mixed together, so I mixed my can of green beans with 20 or so m&ms! It sounds gross, but it was really good! I also threw in some dry roasted edemame and topped it with pepper. YUM!

Lunch time workout


Hi guys.... so I went to the gym for a 45 minute workout or so...it was so nice no one was there! I did biceps triceps situps and then did a 20 minute sprint/jog and 5 minutes elliptical, i figure I burned 250 calories or so... I am now at the office and I had a protein shake (.75 serving which is about 100 calories). That should hold me off until my next snack a sugar free jello snack 10 calories. Until later have a great Monday!

Almost time for lunch...


Hi all, I thought it was noon time but it was only 11:15! So I decided to have the rest of my fage yogurt 0% with some go lean sprinkled on top! This is about 120+45 calories about 165. I love this as a snack, it is low calories high in protein and no fat, but it is very filling. A good substitute to help the waistline. I am going to workout in one hour so I wanted something to tie me over until I actually eat lunch at 2:30 or so. I brought green beans with me and I have my protein shake.

Manic Monday not so much...





Hi everyone! So I woke up a little later than usual today, but still got to work on time....go figure! I started off with greek yogurt(130 calories) sprinkled with lean cereal (weird I know 40 calories) and then picked up a non fat small latte (100 calories) and omega 3.6.9 vitamins (25 calories) that should tie me over til lunch. I am going to work out at lunch time for one hour, 45 min cardio 150 situps and bi/triceps). In total: 300 calories.

Sunday Funday


Hi everyone, It has been a relaxing day and I am ready to start the week off right, I started the day off with half a protein shake (75 calories) and a serving of grapes. Then it was off to Starbucks I had a small latte with an extra shot (100 calories) and the gym, I had a decent workout with 25 minutes of cardio and 15 min of weights, then I went to pick up Gelson's ( I had a serving size of fage 0% at 120 cal and celery mixed with corn and raisins and a couple pieces of the tofu squares and edemame from the salad bar. For a snack today I had the baked cheetos healthy kind (130 calories for 30 puffs, I probably had 45 to be honest so that is 200 calories :). We went for a walk for 45 minutes at around 4.2 mph and I had another small non fat latte on the walk. It is 7 pm and I am not that hungry....we will see how I feel at 9 pm. I hope everyone had a relaxing Sunday! Okay so I decided for dinner to have another serving of fage 0% yogurt with three crackers (120 + 100) and a piece of left over turkey sandwich (150 calories) we ate dinner at 9 pm and watched True Blood and Entourage, what a great way to end the weekend! :) Total food 1,200 calories I always seem to eat more on the weekend! But that is okay :)

Snack and dinner




Hello guys! So I just got back from dinner and it was too dark to take any pics of the food! Sorry, but I do have pics of my before dinner snack. My boyfriend and I took a one and a half hour walk, and then I had my boyfriend's leftover chicken and avocado penini sandwich a couple of potato slices and then a cup full grapes. Then while I was getting ready I had the low calorie baked cheese buffs and three triscuits. We got to Mosun Sushi Restaurant and I had a glass of sauvignon blanc wine and one california roll slice. Then I had a salad with dressing on the side and mushroom tofu soup and some of the boyfriend's baked potato, oh yeah and I also had a couple of slices of the filet mignon. Wehn we got home I had a 100 calorie fudgsicle. I think I am done for the day!!! Have a great night!
