Mostly Raw Lunch at Mother's Market







I had to grab some vitamins today, so I figured I would grab some lunch at the deli at Mother's Market. The health food store has great selections, especially if you are vegetarian. I decided on the raw quinoa salad (.45 lbs) with cucumbers and tomatoes and sea salt, a slice of lemon grilled tofu (.09 lbs) and raw chinese coleslaw (.30 lbs). Then I had 10 pieces of the gummy bears Omega 3-6-9 vitamins. (the serving size was only three but they tasted so good!). I would guess this has approx 250 calories
