
Hi all! I had some more fruit this morning at 5 am and then had a non fat latte medium (130 cal) on my way to the gym did 35 min cardio and weights with my new personal trainer who is the bomb! When I got to work at 9 am I had a half serving of go lean . My trainer said no more bread!!! Ahhh! that is going to be hard! I can do it though!! Have a great day everyone!
