Lunch twice



Hi guys!

So I went to Albertson's at lunch and had cucumbers and asian corn topped with some croutons and mandarin oranges..... I was still hungry after that so I went to Organic to go and had strawberries topped with croutons. I had a lot of croutons today so tonight, I will make sure not to eat any bread products. I plan at 5 pm picking up a Starbucks Latte and then heading to the boyfriend's house. I plan on getting him to do some exercise....he has been lazy lately....tonight we have reservations at 8:30, so that gives us plenty of time to workout for an hour. 6:30-7:30. I don't know how many calories, but let's just say it is 50 strawberries+150 croutons+50 corn and cucumber=250 and we will add in 50 misc points if it actually was a bit more.... :)

I had a half serving of an asian pear (30) and a serving of raisins and almonds (120).

Pilates this morning...



Good morning everyone TGIF! I am so excited it is the weekend!! I started off with a medium latte (130) and did 25 min of cardio (250) + one hour of pilates (200) and when I got to work I had a protein shake.(150) calories

Dinner last night....

I was so proud of myself, I did go to the gym, had a starbucks small non fat latte before (I hear that a little caffeine before you workout actually helps you lose weight?) I walked on an incline 11.0 at 4.0-5.0 mph and burned 480 calories! I got home and before my piano lesson I had two string cheese (160) and some dried fruit (80) and a little bit of chex (150)= 380 calories. That was at 7:15, then after my piano at 9:30 I was still hungry. So I went to Mother's Market and had vegan "meat" balls in a marinara sauce... I am not sure the calories on that!!! Arg! I am guessing that is was probably 200 calories. I guess this day was a little bit much!

afternoon snack! Ready to get thru the rest of the day



So I had at 12 pm noon a shake, I forgot to post the pic (100 cal) and just now at 3:30 I had a half a greek yogurt topped with raisins and three m&ms. YUMMY! So that is 500 calories I have had today that I will need to burn off (walking on treadmill from 5:30-6:45).

Hi guys good afternoon! It is already 1 pm and I was in the mood for: you guessed it: Greek yogurt, I am obsessed with that stuff! I topped it with some raisins and also some dry roasted edemame! Yeah now it is time to get nails done.

Okay so I woke up today at 8 am it was my one day to sleep in.... YEAH! I skipped starbucks today since I was running late, don't worry I will be getting one at break, I hope! or after work?? I am sore today! I need to take it easy today at the gym. This morning I had a fage yogurt 90 calories and now I am drinking coffee from work (40 calories).

Snack Ritz and Crackers Then dinner








8 mini ritz crackers. 1/2 the package= 100 calories!!!! Ahhhhh I am thinking too much about food or something!!!! Ok so I went to the gym and did 40 minutes on elliptical. Then I went to my boyfriends house and had a fage 0% yogurt (2) at 90 calories each + slice and a half of bread (150)and one banana(100). at bed time I had a serving + alittle more of chocolate morsel chips (100)=530 calories - 400 exercise=130 TOTAL

Lunch at 12:30 and snack of balance bar at 1:45 pm





Hi guys, I have been hungry all day! I had a salad of spinach topped with strawberries and croutons and corn and then for dessert I had a balance bar. I am going to be going to the gym at 5:30 so I need the energy :) I am going to do 40 minutes more of cardio today :) wish me luck!

Starbucks at 6:15 am Gym and Myplex Bar





Good morning everyone happy Wednesday! I started my day with a medium latte non fat (130) went to the gym and felt really weak so I had a myplex bar (190 calories) after 30 minutes cardio, and did hour long weights. At 10 am I had a beets, strawberries and kidney beans ( I like how they are all the same color). I now feel strong again! Enjoy the morning and the sunshine today!

Breakfast-Starbucks Asian pear and greek yogurt




Hi guys! Happy Rosh Hashanah! I started off the day with a medium non fat latte at 8:30 and then had an asian pear at 9 am and a greek yogurt with sprinkled smart start on top=140+130=270 that will hold me over until my lunch :) Have a great day everyone!
Okay so then for lunch before the gym, I had another starbucks latte! I then went to Gelsons and went to the salad bar and had celery, edemame, some corn sprinkled and croutons
Then I was still hungry so I had a slice of whole wheat bread and a 100 calorie snack=200 calories.
At 6 pm, I had a bowl of greek yogurt (2) with a banana
then at 8 pm I had a bowl of soup with 8 saltine crackers on top.
at 10 pm I had some chocolate chips and a glass of soy lite milk chocolate. Goodnight! Sorry there are no pics, I didn't go into work so it was harder to blog.... :)

Hi guys, I have to go to my dr checkup today to make sure my nose looks okay..... I decided to have 1/2 cup go lean mixed with greek yogurt. (70+60)

Monday morning Early




Hi guys, sorry I did not post this weekend, I actually had a lot of family gatherings and then yesterday I got sick with an eye infection and sore throat.


If you request, I will post everything I eat, but I think moving forward I will just not post the weekends.


So, I woke up at 6:00am and went to starbucks at 6:30 and go the usual small non fat latte. I went to the gym and did 40 minutes of elliptical and then did one hour of weights with my personal trainer.


Then I had two greek yogurts (60 calories each) and a 1/2 cup Kashi go lean at around 10 am.
It is a nice blustery day and it is starting to feel like FALL! Yeah, my favorite time of the year!

Lunch time!


So I have to leave early today for my hair appt at 3 pm, that means lunch is at the desk! I had go lean cereal half a cup with M&ms and raisins on top! 100 or so calories.

Happy Friday everyone!


Today was a little hard to wake up, got up at 5:50 and hopped in the shower, I got ready for pilates and picked up a latte small non fat on the way to work. My workout was 25 minutes cardio and about 45 minutes of pilates so I figure that is like 350 calories burned! After my workout I had a two servings of 0% fage yogurt and an asian pear at like11 am .

Running on treadmill at break-LUNCH and SNACK








So I had all this energy I decided to go to the gym at lunch and run 4.15 miles (40 min), it felt amazing!!! I got back at 2 pm and had a small red mango frozen yogurt with blueberries and rasberries on top and a half cup of go lean with m&ms (10) sprinkled on top I ate the m&ms before I took the pic! It was good!
Okay so at 5 pm I was starving so at 5:30 on my way to the gym I had a starbucks new protein package one mini mulitgrain bagel+2 slices small cheese+two apple slices+5 grapes+ egg white=200 calories. I did only 15 minutes at the gym, I did some shopping and it took up too much time! Oops!
Then before my piano lesson : I had a lean pocket(290)+ three bean salad(150)+100 calories snack + glass of non fat milk (1/2 glass)=550-600 calories. But it was great because I ate all this before 7 pm and didn't eat again. I feel kind of bad for all the processed food, but tomorrow I will work at being better at eating more wholesome foods! THanks!

Slept in today til 8:15 BREAKFAST AND MID MORNING SNACK






Good morning everyone! I slept in today which was really nice....I woke up so early yesterday so it was nice to get some extra shut eye, beauty sleep! I rolled out of bed at 8:15 and went downstairs for a fruit bowl (50) and a string cheese(80), I also had two bites of french bread crust. (50)On the way to work at 8:45 I had a small latte (100)...... then at 11 am I had a half of a balance bar.(110)

5:00 pm and then movie night





Hi all!




So I went to Starbucks again and had a small latte non fat (100 calories)I drank it fast, and went to the gym again for the second time in one day! I did 12 minutes elliptical+10 minutes stairmaster+ 10 minutes walking 11.0 incline at 4 mph and did 200 situps and some leg presses! I did this in one hour exactly rushed home and got ready to go see a movie and had dinner at the Yardhouse. I had a dinner salad with grilled chicken on top and a glass of white wine and then went to see My Best Friend's Girl with my friend, Ryan. It was fun! and I got home at 10:30 and then went straight to bed.

Lunch time!



Hi all,


So I went for a 20 minute walk and picked up a Red Mango frozen yogurt 90+50 on the way (small) and I also got some croutons to sprinkle on top. When I got back to work I had a nature valley fruit and nut bar, 140 calories. That should be good, I am not as hungry today??? Go figure, after work I am going to go walking for one hour and lift some weights, Then I have a movie to go see so I should be home at 7 pm if I want to watch the movie, The best friend's girl? It sounds really funny!

Snack at 11 am

Okay my stomach wasn't going to last til lunch time. so I went downstairs and found some testers to eat ( i did buy hard boiled eggs however when I took a bite into them, they tasted baaaad so I spit them out and threw them away...at least I had the testers to try (bran muffin tester (2) and egg wrap tester)

Early morning start




Hi all! I had some more fruit this morning at 5 am and then had a non fat latte medium (130 cal) on my way to the gym did 35 min cardio and weights with my new personal trainer who is the bomb! When I got to work at 9 am I had a half serving of go lean . My trainer said no more bread!!! Ahhh! that is going to be hard! I can do it though!! Have a great day everyone!

Dinner last night....




So I ended up working out at two gyms, it got so crowded at the first gym, I did some light weights for my arms and pullups and then did 20 min cardio and left that gym and did 30 min more cardio.




I got home at 8:00 and had a lot of french bread! oops just the crust but I also had a fruit bowl with lean cuisine noodles on top. I went to bed at 9 pm, so that was good i couldn't eat anymore even though I wanted to!
