Lunch time workout


Hi guys.... so I went to the gym for a 45 minute workout or so...it was so nice no one was there! I did biceps triceps situps and then did a 20 minute sprint/jog and 5 minutes elliptical, i figure I burned 250 calories or so... I am now at the office and I had a protein shake (.75 serving which is about 100 calories). That should hold me off until my next snack a sugar free jello snack 10 calories.
