Running on treadmill at break-LUNCH and SNACK








So I had all this energy I decided to go to the gym at lunch and run 4.15 miles (40 min), it felt amazing!!! I got back at 2 pm and had a small red mango frozen yogurt with blueberries and rasberries on top and a half cup of go lean with m&ms (10) sprinkled on top I ate the m&ms before I took the pic! It was good!
Okay so at 5 pm I was starving so at 5:30 on my way to the gym I had a starbucks new protein package one mini mulitgrain bagel+2 slices small cheese+two apple slices+5 grapes+ egg white=200 calories. I did only 15 minutes at the gym, I did some shopping and it took up too much time! Oops!
Then before my piano lesson : I had a lean pocket(290)+ three bean salad(150)+100 calories snack + glass of non fat milk (1/2 glass)=550-600 calories. But it was great because I ate all this before 7 pm and didn't eat again. I feel kind of bad for all the processed food, but tomorrow I will work at being better at eating more wholesome foods! THanks!

You are one crazy person. Who goes running on their lunch break. You want to know what I do? EAT!!!! I ate a whole pizza at CPK. It was probably 1000 calories. YUM! Love you!
