
Hi guys, I have to go to my dr checkup today to make sure my nose looks okay..... I decided to have 1/2 cup go lean mixed with greek yogurt. (70+60)
I am starting a blog logging everything I eat and my exercise routine. No need to deprive yourself, enjoy life and enjoy food in a healthy way!
