Today is a great day to begin my posting of pictures. Today is a little cloudy, I think I am a little slower in the morning when it is not sunny... anyway I woke up and went to the gym and did 10 minutes of elliptical and 10 minutes of jogging/running sprint intervals, after that I did 200 situps with the assisted situp machine. My legs are a little sore so I listened to my body and really took it easy. After that I went to Starbucks for my double shot of espresso over ice with half a cup of milk. Then I came home and ate breakfast (greek non fat yogurt with half a cup of fiber one). I hope it clears up later today, I am looking forward to a nice walk on the beach. Have a great day! So for breakfast that is 45 calories (coffee and milk) plus the 90 calories (yogurt and fiber one. 135 calories for breakfast.
