Dinner last night....
I was so proud of myself, I did go to the gym, had a starbucks small non fat latte before (I hear that a little caffeine before you workout actually helps you lose weight?) I walked on an incline 11.0 at 4.0-5.0 mph and burned 480 calories! I got home and before my piano lesson I had two string cheese (160) and some dried fruit (80) and a little bit of chex (150)= 380 calories. That was at 7:15, then after my piano at 9:30 I was still hungry. So I went to Mother's Market and had vegan "meat" balls in a marinara sauce... I am not sure the calories on that!!! Arg! I am guessing that is was probably 200 calories. I guess this day was a little bit much!
