Lunch at 12:30 and snack of balance bar at 1:45 pm





Hi guys, I have been hungry all day! I had a salad of spinach topped with strawberries and croutons and corn and then for dessert I had a balance bar. I am going to be going to the gym at 5:30 so I need the energy :) I am going to do 40 minutes more of cardio today :) wish me luck!
